Product Supportability Project Manager

KLA is seeking a Product Supportability Project Manager to join their Services team in Phoenix, AZ. This role will serve as a central technical resource, collaborating with various engineering, support, and marketing teams throughout the Product Life Cycle. The primary focus is to ensure new and sustaining products are designed for optimal serviceability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness, ultimately improving product service revenue performance.

• Incorporate serviceability and reliability improvements into product design
• Optimize serviceability and reduce cost-of-service throughout the product lifecycle
• Act as a liaison between development teams and technical support/service personnel
• Drive continuous improvement of system hardware, diagnostics, and documentation
• Develop and optimize spare parts stocking plans and preventative maintenance schedules
• Prepare products for obsolescence and transfer to Service Supply Chain Management
