Project Manager, PMO

Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP seeks a Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and governance of diverse programs and initiatives. This hybrid role in New York City requires translating stakeholder needs into firm-wide value, managing project lifecycles, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. The position reports to the Director of PMO.

• Support planning, execution, and delivery of firm-wide programs and initiatives
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including requirements, stakeholder coordination, and change management
• Apply program and project management methodologies for timely delivery and quality
• Serve as liaison between business, legal, leadership, and vendors
• Develop and maintain program roadmaps, budgets, risk registers, and status reports
• Support organizational change management activities and communication strategies
