Software Program Manager

Lead the delivery and lifecycle management of mission-critical warehouse software solutions for strategic customers. You will act as the key liaison between software development, project execution, customer operations, and service delivery teams, ensuring reliable operational outcomes. This role requires senior technical leadership, program ownership, and accountability for software roadmaps and releases.

• Lead customer software programs from planning through deployment and lifecycle support
• Create and maintain integrated software delivery roadmaps and release schedules
• Coordinate software development, testing, deployment, and production support
• Manage customer expectations and prioritize defects and enhancements
• Drive resolution of production defects and performance issues
• Partner with customer service and support teams to improve operational readiness
