Sr. Manager, Project Management

Lead a team responsible for the end-to-end execution of retrofit projects for existing customer sites, ensuring safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery of modifications and upgrades. This role involves managing executive-level customer relationships, developing project playbooks, and overseeing a portfolio of concurrent projects.

• Own the retrofit portfolio end to end, including prioritization, resourcing, and schedule/cost reporting
• Lead, develop, and manage the performance of Site Project Managers and Field Technicians
• Serve as the customer relationship owner and primary escalation point for site issues
• Hold sole cost-control authority for the retrofit portfolio
• Establish and continuously improve retrofit delivery playbooks, safety practices, and controls
• Partner with Account Management and Sales to develop project schedules and review scope
