Product Manager

As a Product Manager, you will translate market and customer insights into successful product solutions for the Buildings segment. You will play a key role in developing our product portfolio, working closely with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive innovation and commercial success. • Develop product pipeline based on customer needs and market insights
• Translate market and customer insights into business opportunities
• Manage product development projects through Stage Gate process
• Collaborate with R&D, sales, and other stakeholders
• Experience as a Product Manager in a B2B industrial or manufacturing environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
