Program Manager

Lead global New Product Introduction (NPI) and strategic business programs within the Patient Care Solutions PMO. Drive cross-functional execution from concept through launch and manufacturing readiness, partnering with various departments to meet customer needs and business priorities. Strengthen PMO standard work and governance to improve execution predictability and transparency.

• Lead complex cross-functional programs across the full product development lifecycle
• Own integrated program planning, including milestones, dependencies, risks, and budget
• Drive program operating rhythm through effective core team meetings and stakeholder communication
• Apply PMO standard work, governance, and best practices for consistent execution
• Establish and maintain program KPIs, dashboards, risk registers, and issue logs
• Proactively identify program risks and lead cross-functional problem solving
