Technical Program Manager III - Software Development

Blue Origin is seeking a Technical Program Manager III to lead the delivery of technology development programs within Enterprise Technology. You will partner with product management and engineering to define product vision, program scope, and milestones, driving cross-organizational initiatives and ensuring efficient processes. This role requires a deep understanding of systems, technical trade-offs, and the ability to influence teams to achieve program goals.

• Coordinate design, development, testing, and deployment across multiple technical teams
• Create and track project milestones, risks, and dependencies
• Own and prioritize technical requirements for delivery
• Understand system design details and customer interfaces
• Develop cross-team implementation plans
• Write narratives on program decisions and technical trade-offs
