About this role
As a Manager, Product Implementation & Operations, you will play a key role in the successful launch and ongoing management of Medicare supplemental benefit programs. You will coordinate implementation activities, ensure operational readiness, and drive process improvements to enhance the member experience. This role requires strong collaboration with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality health solutions.
