Program Manager

The Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC is seeking a Program Manager to oversee academic, research, clinical, or administrative programs within the Dental Public Health and Community Outreach department. This role involves strategic planning, program evaluation, policy development, budget management, and fundraising efforts. You will also supervise staff and contribute to the design of program content and curriculum.

• Manage academic, research, clinical, or administrative programs
• Develop program objectives, content, and policies
• Oversee program operations, evaluation, and quality assurance
• Manage program budgets and financial reporting
• Identify fundraising opportunities and develop grant proposals
• Supervise and manage program staff
