• Support day-to-day delivery of network infrastructure projects
• Track task progress and ensure timely completion
• Facilitate communication across internal teams, carriers, and vendors
• Gather project-specific data from various tools
• Create, submit, and track orders in Pega/Workfront
• Monitor carrier implementation progress and schedule installations
