Director of Product Management

• Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Lead and develop a team of Product Managers
• Partner with Engineering and Design to translate strategy into priorities
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
• Engage directly with customers and prospects to understand challenges
• Translate customer insights and market trends into product requirements
