As a Product Operations Analyst, you will be instrumental in optimizing our product development processes and ensuring the efficient delivery of high-quality technology solutions. You will collaborate with diverse teams to streamline workflows, manage product tools, and provide critical insights into product performance and adoption. This role is key to supporting the scalability and success of our product initiatives, ultimately enhancing the care we provide to vulnerable populations.

- Support product development and delivery systems, measuring adoption and driving user awareness
- Assist with backlog grooming, release readiness, and delivery tracking
- Document and improve product operations processes, including intake and change management
- Coordinate cross-functional activities and facilitate internal training for new releases
- Monitor system health and collaborate on incident response workflows
- Maintain dashboards and reports for product delivery progress and operational metrics
