Principal Product Manager

Target is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the Core Intelligence and Optimization team in Bangalore. This role involves shaping the future of Target's store intelligence by leveraging AI, data science, and operational data to solve complex problems and drive innovation. You will identify emerging opportunities, frame ambiguous challenges, and connect products across the intelligence lifecycle, influencing leaders across Product, Engineering, Data Science, UX, and Operations.

• Shape long-term product strategy for Core Intelligence and identify emerging opportunities
• Develop product perspectives on using operational and physical signals for differentiated store intelligence
• Identify complex, cross-cutting problems where intelligence can create value
• Lead discovery for emerging intelligence opportunities spanning existing product or organizational boundaries
• Partner with Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML, UX, and Operations to explore problems and solutions
• Connect intelligence capabilities across products to create coherent, reusable systems
