Project Manager for Marketing

Topstep is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to oversee the execution of marketing initiatives from start to finish. You will build and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports, ensuring all marketing efforts stay on track. This role involves aligning cross-functional teams, managing asset flow, and ensuring launch readiness through quality assurance and communication.

• Own end-to-end GTM/project plans for marketing initiatives
• Build and maintain project schedules and status reporting
• Coordinate stakeholder alignment and approvals
• Manage asset trafficking and version control
• Ensure campaign readiness through QA and launch monitoring
• Facilitate meetings and document decisions/action items
