Manager II, Implementation Services Project Manager - Denver

Datadog is seeking a Manager II, Implementation Services Project Manager to lead a team of Senior Project Managers in North America. This player/coach role involves managing and developing a team while also independently running customer engagements. You will be responsible for delivery quality, building partnerships with go-to-market teams, and scaling the implementation practice.

• Manage, develop, and mentor a team of Senior Project Managers
• Own overall delivery quality and project health
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Technical Account Management
• Build relationships with pre-sales teams to grow engagement pipeline
• Drive initiatives to improve delivery frameworks and tooling
• 5-7 years of people management experience
