Product Manager Senior Specialist, Vice President

Citi is seeking a Vice President, Product Manager in Warsaw to lead the strategic direction and commercialization of its Liquidity Management Services deposit and liquidity portfolio for the UK and Europe. This senior role involves direct ownership of balance sheet performance, product innovation, and client advisory for a high-revenue portfolio.

• Own end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for deposit services and liquidity concentration solutions
• Optimize bank's balance sheet by managing deposit mix, duration, and funding costs
• Establish and govern pricing frameworks for the deposit portfolio
• Define and execute commercialization strategies to drive revenue growth and market share
• Advise corporate treasury clients as a senior subject matter expert
• Lead product control environment and ensure regulatory compliance
