About this role

Leidos is seeking an IT Project Manager to support the National Institutes of Health (NIH) in Bethesda, MD. You will be the primary point of contact for an assigned enterprise application program, responsible for planning, execution, and delivery. This role involves leading technical teams, managing stakeholders, and ensuring projects align with technical, cost, and schedule requirements.

What we are looking for

Serve as the Government's single focal point for assigned BAS program
Lead technical and functional teams through full SDLC
Coordinate with stakeholders to document requirements and report progress
Manage project schedules, resources, and risks
Support adoption of AI-assisted delivery, DevSecOps, and cloud-native practices
Ensure quality in analysis, documentation, design, development, testing, and deployment
