Senior Analyst, Project Management

This role directs all aspects of customer benefit plan implementation for self-funded new business clients. You will act as a single point of contact, partnering with stakeholders to address issues and ensure customer satisfaction. The position involves developing and executing implementation strategies, mediating resolutions, and evaluating the impact of client requests.
