Technical and Launch Project Manager

Logitech is seeking a Technical & Launch Project Manager to lead cross-functional engineering teams in the Personal Workspace Solution group. You will drive end-to-end product delivery for new product introductions and sustaining projects, including packaging development, from concept to mass production.

• Lead cross-functional engineering teams (EE, ME, FW, IQ, AE, QA, CMF) and external partners
• Manage packaging development, including structural design, graphics, SKU configuration, and localization
• Guide product certifications for key ecosystems (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Windows Hello, WWCB)
• Collaborate with Product Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Manufacturing
• Manage BOM, configurations, and Engineering Change Orders (ECO)
• Proactively identify project risks and establish mitigation plans
