Technical Project Manager

As a Technical Project Manager, you will lead delivery for critical aerospace programs, coordinating engineers and specialists to meet unmovable deadlines. You will own the schedule, deliverables, and risk picture, ensuring clients trust your ability to foresee and mitigate issues. Your role involves coaching your team, clearing blockers, and building trust to proactively address risks, ultimately ensuring mission success.

• Manage programs or projects in an enterprise or government-facing environment
• Lead and coach engineering teams, clearing blockers and managing escalations
• Own project scope, schedule, deliverables, and risk management
• Facilitate cross-functional planning and coordinate competing priorities
• Utilize Agile frameworks (Scrum/Sprint) for project execution and tracking
• Develop and deliver recurring status reports to senior leadership

• Requires a Secret security clearance.
