About this role
As a Product Manager for Infusion Therapies, you will own the strategy, launches, and growth initiatives for a key portfolio within BD's Medication Management Solutions business. This highly visible role involves close collaboration with sales, clinical, and regional stakeholders to drive portfolio performance across Australia and New Zealand, balancing strategic planning with hands-on commercial execution and customer engagement.
What we are looking for
6- Own and execute annual marketing plans for the Infusion Therapies portfolio across ANZ
- Lead portfolio strategy and translate it into launch plans and commercial initiatives
- Monitor portfolio performance, market share, and profitability
- Engage directly with customers, KOLs, and sales teams to understand market needs
- Manage product launches, lifecycle, and tenders
- Develop compliant marketing materials and training programs
