Staff Operational Compliance Analyst - NERC CIP Cybersecurity

• Lead analysis of new or revised NERC CIP regulations and reliability standards
• Translate regulatory requirements into operational processes and compliance solutions
• Develop and maintain complex operational standards and procedures
• Lead monitoring and evaluation of compliance controls and analyze systemic risks
• Serve as the operational compliance subject matter expert and advise leaders
• Provide technical expertise during compliance audits and support corrective actions
