Technical Program Manager – Aerospace & Defense

Lead a portfolio of aerospace and defense development programs, from proposal to production, for mission-critical hardware. You will be the primary customer interface, driving program execution, financial performance, and successful delivery of technical and contractual commitments. This role requires a technically strong leader experienced in regulated environments and adept at leading cross-functional teams.

• Manage aerospace and defense development, NPI, and production programs
• Serve as primary customer interface and manage relationships
• Develop and manage integrated program plans, schedules, budgets, and resources
• Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance
• Manage program financials including EAC, ETC, revenue, and cash flow
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks
