About this role

As a founding Product Manager on the new Innovation team, you will build and ship complex, scaled solutions for tens of thousands of clients. You'll influence foundational decisions in architecture, design, systems, data, product, and business strategy. This is a unique opportunity to build products from 0 to 1 and see them deployed immediately at scale, working directly with the Chief Innovation Officer.

What we are looking for

Build and ship complex, scaled solutions from 0 to 1
Influence foundational decisions in architecture, design, and strategy
Lead sprint planning and execution with a development team
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories
Manage projects across data engineering, Salesforce, and system integrations
7+ years of Product Management experience in a technology environment
