About this role

Lead and facilitate the execution of R&D sub-projects for new product development in medium-voltage switchgear and power distribution equipment. You will manage project plans, budgets, resources, and cross-functional teams from concept through launch, ensuring alignment with cost, quality, and performance targets.

What we are looking for

Lead new product development projects from concept through launch
Manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resources, and risks
Coordinate cross-functional teams across R&D, Product Management, and Operations
Oversee prototype builds, testing, and manufacturing transfer
Bachelor's degree in engineering
Minimum 3 years of experience in R&D or project management
