Senior Program Manager, DTC Platform Performance

Hasbro is seeking a Senior Program Manager to oversee the performance of its Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) platform, including Hasbro Pulse and Dungeons & Dragons Beyond. This role will define key performance metrics, analyze trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for product, engineering, and operations teams to improve customer experience and drive business outcomes.

• Define and maintain core DTC platform health metrics
• Analyze performance trends and customer journey to identify opportunities
• Manage operating rhythm, including Weekly Business Reviews
• Synthesize data to identify and prioritize friction points
• Translate insights into recommendations for product and operational improvements
• Foster alignment across cross-functional teams on performance and priorities
