Senior Product Manager, Insurance Products

Hippo Insurance is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution for their core insurance products platform, including rating, pricing, and business rules. This role involves defining a multi-year product vision, driving day-to-day execution, and ensuring the platform remains competitive, compliant, and profitable. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in platform product ownership and cross-functional leadership.

• Define and own multi-year product strategy for insurance products platform
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle for rating, pricing, and business rules infrastructure
• Drive modernization and scaling of the platform for speed-to-market and profitability
• Partner with business, legal, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Own product backlog and lead software development lifecycle with engineering teams
• Manage stakeholders and communicate strategy, tradeoffs, and outcomes to leadership
