Lead Product Manager - Quoting & Distribution

Hippo Insurance is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own their Quoting & Distribution platform. This role involves defining product strategy, driving execution for the end-to-end quoting and binding process, and leveraging AI to enhance quoting experiences. You will collaborate with engineering, distribution, and business teams to modernize infrastructure and expand partner integrations.

• Define and own multi-year product strategy for Quoting & Distribution platform
• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle for quoting and binding platform
• Leverage AI to create smarter, faster, and more scalable quoting experiences
• Own API and integrations layer, including vendor data and partner connections
• Improve quote-to-bind conversion and accelerate distribution channel growth
• Partner with engineering, distribution, and business leadership
