Senior Program Manager - Technical

Red Hat is seeking a Senior Program Manager to remotely manage technical programs from initiation through delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage program economics, and ensure adherence to requirements, bringing projects to completion on time and within budget. This role requires strong project management practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to support multiple teams and geographies.

• Manage program requirements, scope, and change control
• Monitor and review program economics, including costs, budgets, and staffing
• Ensure adherence to legally binding requirements
• Facilitate project control solutions for planning, scheduling, and tracking
• Manage program forecast projections to clients and internally
• Develop project control and reporting procedures
