AI Product & Delivery Lead

Lead the strategy, requirements, and delivery of innovative AI solutions within the Human Resources department. This role involves partnering with HR stakeholders and AI engineering teams to define use cases, manage project delivery, and ensure successful adoption of AI technologies.

• Partner with HR leaders to identify and prioritize AI opportunities
• Lead requirements gathering and translate business needs into technical specifications
• Define AI use case strategy, roadmaps, and success metrics
• Work with AI engineers and data scientists to deliver AI solutions
• Own end-to-end project delivery, including planning and deployment
• Establish ways of working and governance for a new AI team
