Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will oversee the construction of restaurants, from standalone buildings to urban storefronts. You will manage all aspects of projects, including budgets, timelines, and consultant selection, ensuring client needs and project objectives are met. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to coordinate effectively with clients, property management, and construction teams.

• Manage restaurant construction projects, including standalone and urban storefront designs
• Develop and maintain project budgets and timelines
• Coordinate and report on project progress to clients and management
• Oversee selection and contracting of consultants and construction teams
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience
• Experience with tenant improvement construction projects preferred
