Product Manager II

As a Product Manager II on the Vehicle Custody team, you will own the direction and maintenance of the Identity Verification (IDV) solution. You will evaluate authentication methods, fraud and risk signals, and how IDV integrates into secure vehicle transfer workflows, directly reducing fraud exposure and friction for users.

• Own and evolve the roadmap for Identity Verification within Vehicle Custody
• Lead discovery efforts, engaging with users and evaluating authentication approaches
• Groom and maintain a well-defined backlog, translating problems into features
• Leverage data to identify enhancement opportunities and emerging threats
• Define and track KPIs for Identity Verification
• Partner with security, fraud, UX, data, and engineering teams
