Lead, Technical Program Manager (Hybrid)

Chamberlain Group is seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager to drive the delivery of key engineering programs and manage the team's portfolio. This role involves partnering with cross-functional teams to define, scope, and execute initiatives, ensuring clear visibility into program health and driving strategic decisions.

• Drive functional and technical delivery of key team and org-wide programs
• Own the team-level portfolio, maintaining a single source of truth for commitments, capacity, dependencies, and status
• Serve as the primary interface between product and engineering teams
• Design, implement, and maintain dashboards, cadences, KPIs, and reporting frameworks
• Partner with engineering leads to maintain a real-time view of capacity versus committed demand
• Drive end-to-end delivery of strategic programs spanning multiple engineering pillars and business functions
