Project/Program Manager

Manage new customer onboarding projects from inception to handover, including project planning, risk mitigation, and team performance. You will coordinate interdepartmentally, evaluate vendors, and drive initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency, while also identifying training needs and ensuring timely project reporting.
