About this role
As a Technical Program Manager at 3M, you will lead manufacturing operations at contract partners, driving process development, production readiness, and technical risk management. You will act as the key interface between internal teams and external partners to ensure manufacturing processes are scalable, capable, and optimized for product performance, quality, cost, and delivery objectives.
What we are looking for
6- Lead manufacturing process development and production readiness for NPI
- Define process requirements, operating windows, and equipment readiness plans
- Drive IQ/OQ/PQ, process validation, and line qualifications
- Own and improve manufacturing performance metrics like Yield, OEE, and Scrap
- Lead technical investigations and root cause analysis for complex issues
- Manage technology transfer and process scale-up activities
