Sr. Product Operations Manager

Axon is seeking a Senior Product Operations Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of their drone and Sky-Hero product portfolio. This cross-functional role involves managing product quality, cost, strategic planning, and customer escalations, working closely with engineering, operations, finance, and customer success teams. The position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment.

• Own product quality and field performance across the product portfolio
• Analyze data to identify product risk and guide critical decisions
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action efforts
• Set product and lifecycle strategy, including SKU architecture and pricing
• Drive cost reduction initiatives
• Build commercial and sales operations readiness for new product launches
