Senior Manager, Product Development

Manulife and John Hancock is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Development to drive their investment product strategy. This role involves developing business cases, managing product lifecycles from concept to launch, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong asset management knowledge and an interest in emerging financial technologies.

• Develop and execute product roadmap aligned with business objectives
• Manage product initiatives from concept through launch and post-launch review
• Evaluate growth opportunities across various financial channels
• Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities in emerging areas like tokenization
• Serve as a liaison across Investments, Distribution, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Risk
• 7-10 years of experience in investment product development or related asset management functions
