Product Manager, Agent Platform

Workday is seeking a Product Manager to design critical infrastructure for their core credit consumption calculation engine. This backend system processes and distributes consumption data for billing and other use cases. The role involves understanding customer needs, owning the financial engine, driving product strategy, and collaborating with engineering and design teams.

• Design critical infrastructure for core credit consumption calculation engine
• Process and distribute consumption data for billing and internal/external use cases
• Understand customer needs related to metering and billing lifecycle
• Own the product for the core credit calculation rules engine
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Product teams on product strategy
• Partner with Engineering and Design teams for efficient feature delivery
