Director, HR Project Integration - T&P

Lead strategic HR project integration initiatives for Comcast's T&P People Experiences agenda, focusing on engineering excellence, operating model transformation, and employee experience. This role requires mastery of program management to drive enterprise-wide programs, deliver long-term improvements, and guide junior team members.

• Lead end-to-end integration of key HR initiatives globally
• Connect across HR, Product, Engineering, IT, Communications, and Finance
• Manage cross-workstream integration, risks, and dependencies
• Define and implement program governance, milestones, and reporting
• Provide strategic planning and orchestration support to leadership
• Drive coordination, alignment, and execution across matrixed teams
