Senior Program Manager

As a Senior Program Manager at Lonza, you will be the key liaison between our company, our customers, and the patients who benefit from life-changing therapies. • Serve as primary interface between customers and Lonza for program execution
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve program scope, quality, timeline, and budget
• Build strong customer relationships and advocate for customer needs
• Apply Program Management Standard Work processes and tools
• Drive customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution
• 5+ years of experience in biotech, pharma, or related industries
