Associate Producer (US)

Code and Theory is seeking an Associate Producer to support active client and internal projects. This role involves managing project timelines, documentation, and status updates, as well as assisting with financial tracking and client communication. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about creative content and storytelling.

• Support client accounts and internal projects
• Own internal projects including new business pitches
• Track timelines and maintain project documentation
• Manage project status updates and team communication
• Assist with budget documentation and financial tracking
• Collaborate with creative and production teams
