• Lead cross-functional technical programs from planning through execution
• Partner with business, engineering, and architecture teams to shape and launch capabilities
• Coordinate launch planning across multiple teams to keep timelines on track
• Develop and maintain mechanisms, metrics, and KPIs for large-scale programs
• Influence technical and product strategy using data-driven insights
• Manage program intake and drive issue resolution
