Program Manager

KBR is seeking a Program Manager to lead defense programs focused on advanced weapon systems and technologies. This role involves managing all aspects of program execution, including technical performance, cost, schedule, risk, and customer engagement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and government stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and meet company objectives.

• Lead program execution for cost, schedule, technical performance, and quality
• Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, budgets, and staffing
• Manage cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, and operations
• Serve as the primary customer interface for program execution and status reporting
• Identify, assess, and manage program risks and opportunities
• Oversee subcontractor and supplier performance

• Must be a U.S. citizen.

• Requires a Top Secret security clearance.
