(Senior) Director, Product, Electronic Materials

Lila Sciences is seeking a Director, Product, Electronic Materials to lead the vision, roadmap, and execution for platforms that accelerate the discovery and development of new electronic materials. This role involves translating complex physical phenomena into product direction, engaging with customers and partners, and driving commercial outcomes for materials science, simulation, automation, data, and ML capabilities.

• Set long-term product vision, roadmap, and portfolio priorities for electronic materials
• Translate materials physics capabilities into commercial programs and define target product profiles
• Drive product execution across materials science, simulation, automation, data engineering, and ML
• Serve as the senior external voice for product to executives, partners, and customers
• Own commercial outcomes from opportunity shaping to deal closure and revenue
• Define and report on success metrics and milestones
