Sr. Manager Global TMS/GTS Product Owner

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sr. Manager Global TMS/GTS Product Owner in Somerville, NJ. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and improving global trade compliance and transportation management solutions. You will partner with various teams to develop scalable and efficient solutions, drive digital transformation, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards.

• Define and maintain technology roadmap for SAP GTS and SAP Transportation Management
• Design end-to-end business processes integrating Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Logistics Execution, Warehouse Management, and Transportation Management
• Develop scalable architecture solutions for global trade compliance, customs management, and transportation planning
• Lead solution architecture activities across strategic transformation programs and system implementations
• Partner with business process owners to define requirements and future-state capabilities
• Mentor functional analysts, developers, and project team members
