Project Manager

Avera is seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in completing medium to large complexity projects across the organization. This role involves managing projects involving technical or operational teams, implementing new software, or rolling out vendor-based systems. You will utilize established project management methodologies and best practices to drive project activities and results within a collaborative team environment.

• Manage multiple projects, tasks, and teams with competing priorities
• Lead medium to large teams including IT, vendors, physician leaders, and operational support
• Apply appropriate project methodology and rigor for project complexity
• Utilize standard project artifacts and lifecycle processes
• Monitor project activities to identify and mitigate risks
• Prepare scorecards, status reports, and adapt communications to stakeholders
