Director, Product Management

Lead a portfolio of core OT cybersecurity products protecting critical infrastructure. You will own strategy and delivery, build and develop a high-performing team of product managers, and drive customer-centric roadmaps. This role requires experience in cybersecurity product management, including asset identification, threat detection, MDR/XDR, and AI integration.

• Own product strategy execution across assigned areas of the Dragos Platform portfolio
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers
• Partner with customers, design partners, and internal stakeholders to identify high-value problems
• Embed customer discovery and product validation throughout the product lifecycle
• Drive go-to-market readiness in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience
• Monitor market trends, competitive intelligence, and regulatory developments
