Project Manager

Cleco is seeking a Project Manager to oversee capital projects from initiation to completion. You will serve as the primary point of contact, developing project plans, managing resources, and communicating progress to stakeholders. This role is crucial for driving innovative energy solutions and transforming how we power Louisiana's future.

• Manage small to mid-size capital projects from justification to closeout
• Serve as the single point of contact for assigned projects
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams
• Communicate project status, risks, and results to stakeholders
• 6+ years of project management experience in cost controls, scheduling, and construction management
