Development Project Manager – Q-Systems

QTS is seeking a Development Project Manager to lead Q-Systems Security design, pre-construction, and construction activities. This role involves managing budgets, schedules, and ensuring compliance with design standards across multiple projects and campuses. The ideal candidate will collaborate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to deliver critical infrastructure projects.

• Manage Q-Systems Security design, pre-construction, and construction activities
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and status reports for multiple projects
• Ensure compliance with QTS system standards and design documents
• Collaborate with Installation Contractors, Design Consultants, and Vendors
• Implement and manage multi-phased site development plans
• Requires US Citizenship due to federal customer contracts
