Lead Product Manager, AI

Humana is seeking a Lead Product Manager to drive the design, prototyping, and scaling of AI solutions across the enterprise. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build AI-powered products, define strategy and roadmaps, and ensure successful delivery through governance processes.

• Define AI product strategy, roadmap, and vision
• Translate business problems into AI use cases with clear ROI
• Build and test AI prototypes using agentic coding and AI tools
• Develop detailed requirements, user stories, and success metrics
• Drive AI product delivery from prototype to production
• Own AI solution quality, evaluation, and governance
